Good food, too big of portions for the individual for fried pickles. Like every other place over priced. $30 for a wrap meal, fried pickles, and a side of buffalo chicken dip. Some of the staff needs to work harder on their job than their social life.

The food was cold and really bland. my drink was really really flat. The girls who were giving us our food they just stood at the counter place entire time doing nothing. it's not clean in here at all.They were talking about the sink and how gross it was and I saw a picture of the sink.They also were talking about how they only clean the place when inspection comes. The workers don't even pay attention and just drink their drinks entire time. The worker just tossed our plates on the table without saying a word and my fries fell out of my basket. 100% would not recommend. worst experience of my life. I hated everything about this place.I wouldn't even give the restaurant a star but it was the only option I could do.

Customer service was cool. Food was microwaved to appear hot out the oil the sauces were heated inside my white food tray which caused the plastic cups of sauces to melt into my food tray. The mushrooms were ok ,fries were scrap fries like bottom of bag fries But that'll do it for me First impressions not so good.

We went to this Otters for a school fundraiser and it was so fun! The kids saw all their friends and teachers, the food was really good, and out on the patio we felt relaxed about not disturbing anyone. The servers were very kind and patient with our (rowdy) group! #MFUMCLOVESOTTERS

Love the food, had the chicken tenders and the buffalo dip. One of the tenders was chewy though. The staff is always amazing. The real problem for me was that the place was really dirty. Ledges were dusty the walls by the restrooms were filthy and the doors were dirty as well.

My family took me for the first time tonight. All the tables were dirty so I had to use the moist towelettes to clean the table. Then after about 30 mins of waiting my boneless wings were pretty much all batter and small, crusty and dry. But my wife's boneless tenders were big plump and juicy but mine broke the plastic fork just trying to eat them. All of our fries were burned except for my sons fries that came with his kids meal. Clearly there is someone overlooking the quality control in the kitchen for all of our food to come out different. To say the least my first try at Otters will be my last, the whole experience was extremely disappointing.

Food was fine as always… problem is the waiter. The girl that took my order was extremely rude and did not seem like she knew what she was doing, maybe she was new but there was no one trying to help her. When she brought my food out she didn’t even tell us what wings were what and she just walked away. I’ve never had a problem with any of the other girls that work here. On top of her being rude and giving bad service, she was wearing a crop top that was so short you could see everything when she lifted her arms. If I wanted to see that I would’ve gone to hooters. Extremely unprofessional.

Where do I begin...Should I start with how the the black styrofoam container they put the food in was not only shedding on the bag it was placed in but on my food as well (see picture below)! Or the fact that the pamphlet reads that …
